LECITHIN - Untuk Kurus Sahaja? Lain-lain....

Semenjak 2 menjak ni kak long rajin bercerita tentang Lecithin....ye la kebanyakan yg dtg bertanya..masing2 berminat nak amik lecihtin utk kurangkan lemak degil yg ada...tapi Lecithin ni hanya untuk kuruskan badan je ke...org yg dah memang sedia kurus mcm kak long ni (perasan tol...kak long bukan kurus..kak long sekeping je...kata2 mr hubby la)...xleh amik lecithin ke...


Sebenarnya selain memecahkan lemak..Ia bagus untuk otak, untuk jantung ,kolestrol tinggi... buat rambut nampak berkilat, kuku yang cantik, untuk diet nak kurus......dan paling penting membantu memecahkan lemak dalam salur darah (boleh kurangkan kolesterol) dan kurangkan risiko stroke. bila baca tentang kebaikkan lecitin ni.....rasa mcm nak makan plak... jom baca beberapa fakta tentang lecitin
