Jom Buat Test Jom...

Jom......Pagi-pagi ni buat Test best gak....

Vitamin Gap Test

1. Do you drink 3 glasses of low fat milk every day?
~Hmm...3 gelas tu mcm byk sgt...biasa amik 2 je...

2. Do you eat high fiber cereal or whole wheat bread every day?
~No.

3. Do you eat fish at least twice a week?
~Seminggu sekali je kot..Selalu makan ayam plus seafood yg lain2....

4. Do you eat 4 servings of green/yellow/red vegetables everyday?
~ Biasanya masak satu jenis sayur je.....

5. Do you eat 2 servings of fruit everyday?
~ Malas nak kupas buah lah....ada xde...beli buah potong je..tp jarang2 la

6. Do you limit fats, sweets and alcohol?
~Limit fats yes...exceptional for icecream.... 
~Limit sweets.....kalau gula-gula memang kurengg..tapi coklat mcm xleh nak control je
~Alcohol...Nauzubillah....
7. Do you maintain desireable weight without peridiotic dieting?
~Berat maintain..hehe

If you answered NO to any of these questions, you may have one of these gaps:
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, B-Complex, Vitamin E, Beta Carotene, Selenium, Iron, Zinc, Calcium,Magnesium,Omega-3 (EPA) and Fiber.

Wah....sah-sah saya perlu supplement...Dengan Set Breastfeeding Shaklee dan tambahan beberapa supplement lain 'kekurangan' yang saya perlukan tu dah dipenuhi..So tak risau lagi :)

Bila makan vitamin semasa menyusu; kita bukan bercerita tentang kualiti.. sebab susuibu memang berkualiti. Namun kita bercerita tentang nutrisi. Kesannya pada pertumbuhan dan pembesaran anak dengan ideal adalah misi terbaik!
